CLS030 is a stylish modern villa in a magnificent location in Camps Bay. It is situated on a quiet road, but it is still within walking distance to the beautiful Camps Bay beach and local shops and restaurants. The property also enjoys fantastic views, not only of the Atlantic, but also Lion's Head and the Twelve Apostles.
But what really sets this property apart, in a suburb where space has a huge premium attached, are the generous proportions of the house. Your initial impression of the house is one of spaciousness as you enter through a triple size front door.
