CLS186 - One of the larger beach houses in the area, this beach house is situated on Clifton's Fourth Beach and has the added advantage of having secure parking for two cars. Situated just off the Fourth Beach car park area, it has magnificent views of the beach below.
There is a small private garden area which has barbecue facilities and the home has a pool and deck as well. There are three and a half bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and staff quarters with a separate bathroom outside. CLS186 is close to the beach yet from its elevated position is totally private.
