Perched on the granite boulders of Llandudno, is "CLS270", a thatched roof, split level villa with panoramic views of Llandudno Beach, the surrounding mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.
CLS270 is situated at the end of Leeukoppie Road in Llandudno and it has a path leading directly from the villa to the beach below. A funicular takes you from the garage level to the entrance of the house.
The living area consists of a dining area, split level lounge with the corner bar, all with sliding doors opening onto the balcony with superb ocean views. The kitchen is small but well equipped with double door fridge, oven, dishwasher and separate laundry room. The mezzanine floor has a double futon bed and there is an additional small bedroom on this level with double futon.
The ground level has 2 sunny bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms each (one en suite), again with large windows to absorb the magnificent ocean views! The terrace perched on the boulders has a large table, barbeque facilities and loungers, all near the swimming pool.
